Westward Media films and photographs homes for estate agents and developers. Based in North Devon, working across the South West and beyond. In more than 300 properties, the job has stayed the same: show the space, the light and the location so someone wants to book a viewing.

We take pride in the finish. Before the camera comes out, rooms are cleared and reset. Washing baskets, cables, bins and anything else that should not be in a listing are moved, then put back. The property is shown at its best, not as it was found.

Empty rooms rarely sell themselves. A bare house reads as cold, even when the building is right. We virtually dress vacant homes in both video and photographs, placing furniture and finish so buyers can see how the place lives. No furniture hire, and no extra day on site.

Every property is shot on cinema cameras, with drone as standard. Still photographs are HDR, so the window and the room sit in one frame. Films are delivered in landscape for websites and portals, and in vertical for social. Photos and drone, plus a landscape or vertical reel, from £175.
